By booking with Morgan Schwarz with Morgan Schwarz Photography you're acknowledging that you have read and understand these policies.
Refund Policy:
Due to the nature of the transactions there are no refunds given, even for pre-orders. Please take note, there are no exceptions. I will reshoot and/or re-edit photos if needed. If your session is scheduled for outdoors & the weather is bad, then we will reschedule your session. A credit towards a different session may occur but no refunds are given. I understand it's my responsibility, as the client, to contact Morgan and schedule my session, and if I don't have my photos taken by the end of that calendar year, I forfeit the credit and accept there are no refunds. Thank you for your understanding.
Weather Policy:
In an event of poor weather we may need to reschedule. This could occur the night before but we may need to wait until a couple of hours before session time.
Copyrights:
All images taken with Morgan Schwarz Photography are owned & copyrighted by Morgan Schwarz Photography. The images may be used for studio & online purposes.
Tardiness:
I give clients a 15 minute window for arriving late unless otherwise communicated. If a client doesn't show up within 15 minutes they forfeit their session money & no refunds are given. Thank you for respecting the photographer's time.
Turn Around Times:
Portrait galleries can take up to 20 business days. Please note I'm working on getting your images back to you as quickly as possible, but I don't want to rush your finished products. Please schedule your appointment in the appropriate time frame to receive them back in time if you have a personal deadline. Also keep in consideration that spring time is my most busiest time of year and my priority is to get my high school senior's their images first due to graduation announcements. Thank you for your understanding.
Product Turn Around:
Any graphic design turn around times for products can range from 3 to 6 weeks depending on each order. For example: announcements, coffee table albums, mini books, etc.
Availability Policy:
Appointments are scheduled upon availability ONLY. There are no certain weekends or weekdays that are guaranteed until you make your final reservation.
Performance Policy:
It's understood that sessions rely strictly on children's cooperation & in the case the children do not participate, this will reflect on the quality of images. With this said, I am trained & accustomed to dealing with all sorts of situations. However, if you ever feel like you would rather reschedule in the case of illness or an "off" day, I can typically accommodate such requests. I want to be able to provide the best possible images & I appreciate your understanding.
Editing Policy:
I will edit & color correct your session like any other. If your kiddo has a scratch or a sore that you want removed, after seeing the full gallery let me know and I will remove it from the pose numbers you are interested in purchasing.
Depending on the situation I will color correct & edit normally without removing any "flaw" until you give me specific pose numbers. This helps speed up my workflow & turn around time.
However, if you're not sure something can be edited out please talk with me before the session. For example a big scab on a nose may not be something I can fix, so be sure to connect with me prior. I do not edit out any hand props or unwanted items in the images so please be cautious as to what you give the child. For example: cell phone, candy, etc.
Cancellations Policy:
I completely understand that things happen and sometimes you need to cancel last minute. I'm a mom... I get it. Just communicate with me and we will get you rescheduled. Its no biggy!
If you pre pay for your session and cancel, it is your responsibility to contact the photographer to reschedule. No refund will be given.
When you continue to cancel and it becomes an issue and/or, for example, you cancel last minute because your high school senior would rather go to the lake with their friends... no refund will be given.
This is due to the respect of my time, my family's, and my other clients.
